NEAT Center at Oak Hill; a place to learn about products and equipment that assist people with day-to-day activities that they have trouble doing themselves, either because of a disability or the effects of aging. It is also a place to donate or buy durable medical equipment.

- Individual and Family Supports Center at Oak Hill – Oak Hill is a recognized community provider by the state of Connecticut Department of Mental Retardation providing residential, individual and group day; supported employment and in home services. - Oak Hill School – provides educational services to children ages 6-21 years with severe cognitive impairments and multiple disabilities. Families interested in having their child enrolled must receive a student referral from the school district where the child resides. - Eleanor A. Brooks Blindness Related Supports Center at Oak Hill – provides employment, computer training and job readiness for adults who are blind or visually impaired; housing and community supports for adults who are blind or visually impaired; and a summer camp (Camp LEEP) for students ages 16-21 who are blind or visually impaired and are about to enter the work force or college.
