Mobility, Support and Independent Living

Oak Hill's wide range of programs helps people with physical disabilities ranging from short-term injuries, to long-term conditions like cerebral palsey and spina bifida. Our highly trained staff integrates both support and education so that families are better able to care for their loved one and individuals are able to live more independently.
